Should it be alowed to start "senceless" polls for everyone like it is now?

Kick the lugards out of the forum. That is the answer.

All polls, topics and replies should be moderated .... submitting a poll/topic/reply should be hidden until a moderator reviews and either ( a) censors it ( b) deletes it or ( c) approves it.

Lykke and VF, while you're at implementing that suggestion, please do something about the following, also:

-Eating all kinds of crap shouldn't be unhealthy
-Living beings should not die (except for moskitoes)
-The sky should be red (I think it'd be prettier)

i agree with thunder its kinda silly to try poll an change statements the devs have already said.. and not to mention it was long enough to come to those... as everyone knows. anyways... its silly to do the thread pollings.. its justa show for the person as they want to be seen as to being part of the decision devs already made

I total agree with Serenityfirefly. Which is why all posts should be vetted before being allowed to become visile. Of course, to prevent work overload, Lykke and co could delegate responsibility for this to 'trusted' forum members.
This would also reduce the venom that is routinely spat out by some forum members; giving people that have not played AW less of a negative view of the community that they may be joining.

Well I would prefer if everyone has the right to voice his opinion and that should include making polls... however if it shows that the community can`t handle the responsibility that comes with this freedom some restrictions could be implemented. However they should be for everyone excluding the admins.
Because some of the ppl that are complaining about bad polls would not manage to make better polls themselfes...

Which is why I am absolutely 100% sure that when Gooch said "grow up FFS" - he meant "grow up Forum for Free Speech" ... just like you said.
After all it is all about Free Speech (and gaining AWFD) right?

But just in case people get confused, personally, I am not going to go around saying I am all for FFS.
